Emergency personnel have reported 100 fatalites and 200 injuries. Two firefighters have been taken to the Stormont Vail Hospital with smoke inhalation. Names have not yet been released, but families will be notified as soon as more information is known.

Fuel from the crash is pouring into storm sewers, causing rats and oppossums to escape across campus. Animal control has been notified and will tend to the problem as soon as the fire is under control and it is safe to enter campus. Individuals that have been relocated to Memorial Union have been advised to stay away from these animals to avoid further injuries and disease.
